Someone here in our forum posted the site for Luna Plus skill calculator. However, it's pretty difficult to find so.. here you go.

It is working but you may need to install something (I forgot the file's name).
The skills and passives(path) are accurate but, this skill calculator is limited so it will only give infos no more than the Lv.105 jobs(5th tier), which is the sad part because the ongoing update will include the Lv.145 jobs(6th tier)
Nevertheless, you will still find it helpful and 6th tier jobs aren't going to affect the path's passive.
