Not sure about this because of the number of active forumers here isn't that soaring high that needs moderating but, I can say that Paws being a mod would be a cool thing. But then again, the reason why they don't recruit yet is being caused by the activeness of the forumers and the forum itself (seeing just Paws everywhere and every time doesn't sound a "healthy" forum). What we need now is someone, maybe in our GM list and since not all of them are doing their own job(its really up to you guys who he/she really is or idk, everyone is maybe doing their job well done), should make a move or an incentive to make this community be heard and concerned by a lot. We need someone who is compassionate and open to a lot of things... someone who shows care towards the game, the players and the community.. and not merely the title given to them.

Touche, people needs to take care themselves too. although, my point is what most people see here in our server. Most of my co-players think there is no staff who is readily available when they are online(probably because of the timezone differences). Also, If you are considering recruiting some folks for forum, I humbly suggest that we should have a community representative, where this representative/s will be the one who will represent one's country/language, as you can see.. not all of us here in our server can speak the English language, a lot of them cannot speak what they want due to the language barrier.. or if you think that is too much, maybe someone who can interpret.. in this way, we can establish a better communication, either Staffs toward their players or players toward other players. That's all I guess.. pretty much? More powers to you guys and good luck. |
