boss (Drapia-Arach-taritus-kiera-cimerama) with 20x rebirth maybe not 1 not but can die by 1 person ... I see GM aynata and ix hit arach their blood just dropped 25% when exposed to Arach and paused/stunt and then full back ... (I'm sure they have not been 20x rebirth yesterday)

can imagine if 20x rb and job / skill 6 function then 1 boss = 1 player unless the damage is enough to kill the boss in larger

sorry but I just suggestions

I believe 170 Max LvL, 6RBs should be enough. That way, Mob Summon events will still make sense.
